Main Activities and Responsibilities
- Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc
- Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills , experience and aptitudes
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
Main Requirements
- BA/MSc in Human Resources Management or any other relevant field
- At least 1 year of experience as a Recruiter within a Forex or Marketing company will be considered as a major advantage
- Fluency in English verbal and written is a must
- Fluency in Dutch will be considered a huge advantage
- Fluency in any other language will be considered an advantage
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
- Hands on experience with various selection processes
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
