What are you going to do:

In your role as a Payment Investigator, you will be in charge of all payment investigations at one of the largest mobile banks in the Netherlands. The company is breaking through the status quo of banking and fully adapts to the needs of their users with their digital processing while also protecting the environment. 

Your main role will be to analysing and optimizing the payment processes and create recovery solutions. You will expand your knowledge to investigate in mainly transaction dispute cases and practice it in an international working environment. In addition, you will work together at the headquarters in Amsterdam.
