What are you going to do:

As an enthusiastic Brand Ambassador, you will be the main contact partner for the British customers for Adidas GLITCH, Adidas' brand new football soccer boot concept. This shoe is only available through the Adidas app and is individually customized by each customer. The GLITCH app will help you assure our customers and ensure an unforgettable football boot experience.

You will help and support our customers by means of the app in the live chat and by e-mail and by doing so provide a great customer experience. Customer requests will be handled by you in a creative and original way.Together with the team leads, you are looking for ways to improve the service level to deliver high-quality service!

  • Working in shifts (Working hours Mondays to Fridays 11 am until 9 pm, Saturday 11 am to 3 pm and Sunday 12 pm until 4 pm)

What we ask:

  • No minimum education required
  • You are a Native English (UK) speaker, with excellent grammar and spelling
  • You enjoy dealing with people and are service-oriented
  • Knowledge of the UK football market is essential
  • You are a sports lover, passionate about football, and have strong communication skills
  • You are empathetic, service-minded and willing to go the extra mile to exceed the customer's expectations
