What are you going to do:
- Work closely with and report to the European Finance Manager
- Gather and input data into Financial Force for bank, AR and AP
- Book general ledger entries: support the EFM when needed
- Keep online filing system One Drive up to date
- Manage office supplies and equipment
- (ordering, checking and payment of suppliers' invoices)
- Follow-up and register customer payments and reminders
- Provide general support using Excel, Word, or PowerPoint
- Assist in ad hoc projects and activities
- Manage / assist phone traffic and visitors and mail (minimal)

What we ask:
- Minimaal een hbo-diploma;
- 2-3 years’ experience in an accounting (and/or administrative support role)
- Excellent knowledge of and experience with Accounting products(i.e. Sage, SAP…)
- Excellent knowledge of and experience with MS Office
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English, French and German (essential)
