Temporary role as a fulltime supply planner in Hoofddorp

What are you going to do:

Interested in learning more about a Medical Devices company, now is your chance! For 4 to 6 months we are searching for a supply planner.  We are looking for a new colleague to fulfill the temporary role of supply planner for 40 hours a week.

The Supply Planner performs the purchase planning & forecast analysis and inventory analysis for core products for the EMEA regions in a multi warehouse environment. The goal is to meet required service level and minimize inventory in balance with minimum logistics cost, within the scope of the organizational strategy and guideline set.

We are searching for somebody for 40 hours a week. 

Your tasks in a nutshell

• Control and coordinate the execution of inventory planning, forecasting, and operational purchasing.
• Perform the purchase planning to optimize both service level and inventory level in a multi warehouse environment.
• Minimize logistics cost through optimal and timely choice of transport options and purchase frequency.
• Analyze and respond to over-forecast requests, spot deal and etc.
• Pro-actively provide analysis and support during product life cycle.
• Frequently make safety stock analysis and adjust safety stock parameters.
