As a Swedish Customer Service Agent for a well known beauty brand, you will be the first contact for the customers. You are responsible for all incoming calls and questions through E-Mail, telephone and web forms. The questions you receive will be very different, from the scent of the product lines to mixing a personalised shampoo. All those questions, you answer in a friendly way, with personal attention and a smile!
As a Swedish Customer Service Agent, you give the customer that relaxed feeling. You handle questions with care and after all you make sure that customers are happy and satisfied. In order to learn everything important in advance, you start with a 3-day training. This position is suitable for people who are looking for their next full-time job, as well as for those who are available only a few hours a week.
Your availability is a key factor, spanning from Monday to Sunday, between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. Every four weeks, a schedule will be created, with varying shifts on a weekly basis. You'll have the flexibility to indicate your preferred time slots, offering you a significant level of adaptability. The only requirement is to be open to occasional weekend and evening work.
Furthermore, it's noteworthy that this role is completely remote, allowing you to reside anywhere within the Netherlands.
Training will be conducted between mid-October and mid-November.
This opportunity is temporary, covering the busiest three months of the year.
