What are you going to do:

The client is a leading designer eyewear company that creates and distributes high-quality glasses and sunglasses for global brands. They offer a wide range of styles and innovative products, with a commitment to sustainability and social responsibility.

As a B2B Customer Service representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to business clients. You will handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure that all issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner. You will also work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and facilitate communication between clients and the company. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

You'll be working with a great team of 3 people, handling customer inquiries from the Benelux region. 50% of the job can be done from the comfort of your own home, so you can work in your pajamas if you want!
