Office manager at a delivery company in Amsterdam!

What are you going to do:

As a full-time office manager, you will be the point of contact for all colleagues and external parties that this international delivery company works with. You are the center of the organization and makes sure everything runs smoothly. With your communication skills, this is no challenge! Every day you will help your colleagues with all kinds of questions, and you will answer customers on the phone. For example, you ensure that the new colleagues receive their starter kit on time. Is there an internal event? Then you will transform into the event manager. You're also the first point of contact for suppliers, you maintain contact and you are responsible for the administration. Every day will be different from the other, but that is exactly what gives you energy!

For the headquarters of this meal delivery company in Amsterdam, we are looking for an enthusiastic office manager who would like to work fulltime as office manager to supervise and support your colleague with all associated activities.
