As a Customer Support Expert, you are responsible for:

• Assisting customers via email, chat and phone;
• Constantly improving the customer experience;
• Exceeding customer expectations through quality service;
• Contributing to the improvement of products and processes from the customer's point of view;

Wat wij vragen

• You are fluent in German, both written and spoken; this is an essential requirement!
• You are a bachelor's pre-master's, or master's student;
• You are available for 24-36 hours, 3-4 days a week 
• You are enthusiastic and motivated, you want to learn, and you have excellent communication skills;
• You can work independently and in a team;
