Your Profile:
- You are fluent in Dutch.
- You have excellent communication skills in English (B2).
- You understand customer needs and can provide them with solutions.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Experience in technical troubleshooting is a plus, but not required.
Your Responsibilities:
- Ability to assist users with pre-sales, general inquiries, and technical support issues via phone, email, chat, and social messaging channels.
- Provide high-quality customer service and technical assistance to customers in your native language in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Gather contacts and documents of customers.
