Functie omschrijving
What will you do:
- Greet customers, drivers, and visitors
- Handle driver documents and paperwork
- Engage with clients and suppliers through email and phone
- Manage orders and perform administrative tasks using WMS (Navision) and the customer's SAP system
- Collaborate with colleagues both in-house and externally
- Prepare Value-Added Services (VAS) orders for operators and, when needed, create corresponding labels
- Keep in touch with operators using walkie-talkies for operational matters and urgent customer requests
What we are looking for:
- Proficient in Dutch and English, with additional languages as a bonus
- Versatile, excelling both independently and in a team
- Action-oriented with a keen eye for detail
- Adaptable and flexible in your approach
- Ideally, experience at customer service position
