✨ Your Profile
- Dutch is your first language, and you are fluent in English
- You have a high school degree or a bachelor's degree
- You have an interest in online marketing products
- Experience in technical troubleshooting is a plus but not mandatory
✅ Your Responsibilities
- Assist users with pre-sales, general inquiries, and technical support issues via phone, email, chat and social messaging channel
- Understand the business goals of the clients and support them through a chat system
- Provide high-quality customer service
- Adapt the brand’s voice and tone
- Respond appropriately to customer escalations and escalate issues
- Respond to inbound customer requests, document relevant case information
