As a Dutch-speaking account manager in Sofia, you'll manage the full procurement process (P2P) for customer purchases. You’ll act as the key point of contact, advising clients on their needs and turning requests into clear, tailored offers. You’ll negotiate important details such as pricing, product quality, delivery timelines, packaging, and payment terms. Once agreements are in place, you'll take care of placing and managing the orders directly via the company’s platform.
In addition to the sales process, you'll provide support throughout the entire order journey. This includes tracking deliveries, solving any issues that arise, and offering excellent aftercare. You'll also handle the administrative side, making sure all orders are processed accurately in the system. From start to finish, you'll be responsible for smooth communication.
