What are you going to do:

Are you a natural problem-solver with a talent for communication? Here’s your chance to shine! Join an international team of around 20 colleagues and represent a globally recognized brand. As a German-speaking customer service agent, you’ll collaborate closely with our Dutch team, so basic Dutch skills are a must. Got more languages up your sleeve? Even better!

Your responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat;
  • Collaborate with suppliers and logistics partners to keep operations running smoothly;
  • Help customers find the best solutions and get the answers they need.
 

What we’re looking for:
You’re fluent in German, have a basic understanding of Dutch, and are ready to work at least 32 hours per week. In return, you’ll join a dynamic, international work environment where teamwork and personal growth go hand in hand.
