We're a young family with an 3.5yo son. We're looking for a responsible and patient sitter. One who understands highly sensitive child and attachment development would be ideal. You need to be kind but have strong boundaries. We need a regular sitter who can do the bedtime routine half of the week so we can take a break. If you could do some groceries, cooking and cleaning, that'll be a plus!!
