You’ll be reaching out to Danish-speaking customers by phone, confirming their personal and property information, and guiding them through the next steps toward making energy-efficient home improvements. These could include solutions like solar panels, better insulation, or other sustainable upgrades. In addition to providing helpful advice, you'll also assist with handling customer complaints and ensuring a smooth and positive experience. If you're interested in expanding your role, there may also be opportunities to get involved in sales. You’ll need to speak fluent Danish and English, but your ability to empathize and communicate clearly is just as important. The team consists of ambitious international colleagues, all driven by a shared mission to make sustainability simple. 

This job also offers a lot of flexibility in terms of scheduling. You need to be available for four hours every week, but have a lot of flexibility in how you schedule it. After an in-office training period in Amsterdam, you’ll have the option to work remotely. Some previous experience in customer service is a plus, but it is not required.This is a good opportunity to build international experience, while joining a growing scale-up that is interested in investing in you. It’s a varied, people-focused role that’s perfect if you’re confident on the phone, speak Danish and like problem solving.
