Be the voice our Customer Service trust

Are you fluent in German and passionate about helping people? We're looking for a Part-time Customer Service agent to join the customer support team of a leading Dutch savings bank, backed by one of Europe's largest mobility and leasing groups.

In this role, you'll support German-speaking customers by answering questions, providing guidance, and ensuring a smooth banking experience. Whether customers reach out by phone or email, you'll be there to offer clear, professional, and friendly assistance.

More than Customer Support

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll play an important role in both customer communication and operational processes. You'll assist customers with account-related requests, explain banking procedures, and help resolve issues efficiently and accurately.

In addition to customer contact, you'll be responsible for processing administrative tasks and maintaining customer records. Because you'll be handling sensitive information, a high level of accuracy and discretion is essential.

From day one, you'll receive comprehensive training and coaching from experienced colleagues, giving you all the tools you need to succeed. Once you've completed your onboarding period, you'll transition to a hybrid working model, allowing you to divide your time between home and the modern Amsterdam office.
