As a Norwegian-speaking quality assurance specialist, you’ll be the eagle-eyed watchdog, monitoring sales interactions, fine-tuning processes, and coaching your team to hit the highest quality notes. Armed with CRM tools like Salesforce and data programs like Power BI or Excel, you’ll dive into the numbers to spot trends and fuel team growth. Your mission? Keep quality top-notch and drive continuous improvement in the fast lane of digital sales.

Wat wij vragen:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, sales, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in quality assurance (QA) for sales enablement or inside sales
- Strong communication, analytical, and coaching skills
