About the job:

You are the face of hospitality, offering guests a warm welcome and receiving them in a representative manner. As a business card, you are responsible for checking in guests, answering questions and providing information. You also manage telephone traffic and handle incoming emails. You carry out administrative tasks with care and if you see opportunities for improvement, you share this with the Hotel Manager. After a pleasant stay, you ensure that the guests receive a warm farewell when they check out.
