Radisson Hotel Hoofddorp is preparing for its grand opening, and we're looking for a passionate and hands-on Front Office Supervisor to help us launch a guest experience that sets the bar from day one. With 281 and 6 meeting and event styling rooms, the energy of a brand-new operation, this is your chance to lead, inspire, and be part of something exceptional.

What you’ll do

As Front Office Supervisor, you’ll be the heartbeat of the guest journey, welcoming guests, solving problems before they even arise, and leading your team with confidence and care. From daily check-ins to unexpected curveballs, regulating smooth meeting and business events you’ll thrive in a role that demands flexibility, resilience, and sharp decision-making.

You’ll inspire your team by leading from the front, motivating others in both high-energy and high-pressure moments. Whether it's adapting quickly to a new challenge, switching gears during busy morning, evening or day shifts, or ensuring smooth operations with Opera Cloud, you’ll bring stability and a positive energy that guests and colleagues alike can rely on.

In this fast-moving and highly collaborative environment, your ability to stay cool under pressure and keep both team and guests smiling will be key to creating memorable first impressions and lasting experiences.

What we’re looking for

• Self-driven and able to work independently

  
  

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

  
  

• Solid background in the hospitality industry

  
  

• Familiar with Opera PMS

  
  

• Availability for 24–38 hours per week
