We are on the hunt for French speakers to become a customer service agent for Rituals! Do you love beauty, wellness, and making people feel special? If you're fluent in French and looking for a flexible, temporary role, Rituals has just what you need!

At Rituals, it’s all about bringing joy and relaxation to everyday life. With 25 years of expertise, they have grown from an Amsterdam-based company into a global brand. Now, they need you—a French-speaking customer service agent—to help make the holiday season magical for their customers!

What You’ll Do

• Guide customers in choosing the perfect products for their self-care rituals
• Solve any issues that pop up after the sale—ensuring customers feel supported and satisfied
• Be the friendly, helpful voice for French-speaking customers across email, phone, and social media
• All from the comfort of your own home, working remotely with the Rituals team!
• No need to hesitate : Become a Customer service agent from home with Rituals! All we need is someone who can commits to at least 20 hours a week (and more is possible too!). There are multiple shifts : Day shift (08:45–18:00), Late shift (11:00–21:00) and Weekend shift (10:00–18:30) We offer flexible shift lengths of 4, 6, or 8 hours, giving you the freedom to choose a schedule that fits perfectly with your lifestyle.
