What will you do as a fultime German-speaking Client Service Specialist at Saxo Bank Amsterdam?

In this position, you handle client inquiries about investment products by phone, actively think along with clients and offer tailored solutions. With your enthusiasm and growing expertise, you contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction. You will continuously expand your knowledge of Saxo Bank’s products, systems, and regulations to deliver accurate and reliable support. At Saxo Bank, client success is at the heart of everything they do. They support both private and business clients in the Netherlands and Germany with their investment needs. You will become part of the Client Services & Order Desk team, working closely with brokers and fellow customer service professionals in an environment where learning, development, and collaboration are key priorities.
