Wat ga je doen?

As a sales representative in Arnhem, you are responsible for managing the full sales process within an international B2B media environment. You work with clients across European markets and focus on building and developing long-term partnerships. Instead of purely cold outreach, you mainly follow up on incoming leads and existing relationships, while also identifying new opportunities within your market.

You offer digital media solutions that help companies strengthen their visibility and generate qualified leads. You understand how to sell a service and are able to translate client needs into clear commercial opportunities. You are comfortable starting conversations, guiding clients through the process and closing deals.

Because you work with international clients, you communicate professionally in English. German is a strong advantage. Occasional travel, such as visiting clients or attending international events, is part of the role.

What does your work week look like?

In this role, you work 32 to 40 hours per week in an independent position with an international focus. A large part of your week consists of speaking with clients, following up on incoming leads and scheduling meetings. You discuss opportunities, explore client needs and work towards closing deals.

You also stay in contact with existing clients, follow up on ongoing conversations and prepare proposals. In addition, you keep your pipeline up to date and manage your accounts in a structured way, combining new business with relationship management.

Wat wij vragen

  •  Completed higher education or a comparable level through experience
  • Experience in a commercial B2B role (approximately 2–5 years)
  • Proactive attitude and comfortable taking initiative
  • Strong interpersonal skills and able to maintain client relationships
  • Confident working in an international, English-speaking environment
  • German language skills are a plus
  • Able to manage multiple clients and keep clear overview
