What are you going to do:
As a System Technician, you will join an international and innovative high-tech organization that develops and produces complex technological systems and solutions. In this role, you are responsible for independently assembling, testing, and validating complex modules and systems.
Your Responsibilities
You work accurately based on technical drawings, documentation, and work instructions, ensuring that all systems meet the required technical and quality standards. You also perform inspections and advanced testing activities, identifying deviations or technical issues at an early stage. You resolve these issues by identifying their root causes and implementing appropriate solutions.
Process Improvement and Support
You actively contribute to process improvements and quality initiatives within the organization. Within your area of expertise, you act as the technical point of contact for colleagues, supporting them with a range of technical questions and challenges.

What we ask
- A minimum of an MBO diploma;
- An MBO Level 2, 3, or 4 qualification in a technical field, or at least 2 years of relevant experience in complex assembly or system integration;
- The ability to read and apply technical drawings, documentation, and work instructions;
- Experience with testing, inspections, and quality processes, combined with strong problem-solving and technical diagnostic skills;
- You are independent, precise, and solution-oriented, have good communication skills in English, and are willing to work in a two-shift schedule.
